Although I had first thought of making furniture-like structures for my memory project, I came across this completely fantastic book in the library ‘Treasure Chests, The Legacy of Extraordinary Boxes’ and I thought wouldn’t it be great to make my own treasure chests of sorts? To me, the nostalgic memories I’ve been reading are like little nuggets of treasure that I feel lucky to have been told, so it seems fitting I should build chests for them to be placed into.
